🔁 Heatronics Return & Refund Policy

At Heatronics, we design and ship hygiene-sensitive electrical products that are safety-tested and sealed before dispatch. To maintain product quality, safety, and fairness for all customers, we follow a limited and transparent return & refund policy, outlined below.

❌ Returns & Refunds — General Policy

At present, Heatronics does not offer open returns or refunds.

Returns or refunds are not applicable for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Product expectations or comfort feedback
  • “Didn’t like the product”
  • Incorrect selection by the customer

This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, uncompromised product.

✅ Refunds Are Provided Only in the Following Cases

Refunds are issued only if something goes wrong on our end, in the situations below:

1️⃣ Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product, model, or variant:

  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video or clear photos are required for verification
  • Once verified, we will resolve the issue through replacement or refund, as applicable

2️⃣ Prepaid Order Returned as Undelivered (RTO)

If a prepaid order is undelivered and returned to us by the courier:

  • A refund is automatically initiated once the parcel reaches our warehouse
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 3–4 working days after receipt confirmation

⚠️ COD orders returned as RTO are not eligible for refunds, since payment was not collected.

🚫 Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Product found functional after inspection
  • Subjective concerns (heat level, comfort, usage expectations)
  • Products under warranty service, repair, or replacement
  • Clearance sale or promotional items
  • Orders already delivered successfully

🔧 Warranty vs Refund (Important Clarification)

  • Refunds are not issued under warranty
  • Warranty issues are handled through repair or replacement, after verification
  • Please refer to our Warranty Policy for detailed warranty coverage and process

💸 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders (wrong product only): Refunded via UPI/bank transfer after verification
  • Timeline: 3–4 working days after approval
  • No shipping or handling charges are deducted for eligible refunds
