🔧 Heatronics Warranty Policy

At Heatronics, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and thoughtfully engineered heat-therapy products. To support this commitment, all Heatronics products are backed by a 1-year limited functional warranty from the date of purchase.

This policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how the warranty process works, so you know exactly what to expect.

🕒 Warranty Period

All Heatronics heating products come with a 1-year limited warranty, valid from the date of delivery as per the order invoice.

✅ What the Warranty Covers

The Heatronics warranty covers manufacturing defects and electrical failures that affect the normal functioning of the product under regular household use.

Covered scenarios include (but are not limited to):

  • Product not turning on at all (no power, no indicator, no heat)
  • Internal heating element failure (device powers on but does not generate heat)
  • Malfunctioning controller, remote, or switch
  • Electrical failure caused by internal component defect
  • Loose internal wiring or manufacturing-related connection issues

If such an issue is verified during inspection, the product will be repaired or replaced, as deemed appropriate by our quality control team.

❌ What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply to issues caused by factors outside manufacturing or electrical defects, including:

  • Damage due to improper use, mishandling, or misuse
    (e.g., folding the pad while in use, sleeping directly on control units, using on wet surfaces)
  • Physical damage to wires, fabric, connectors, plugs, or controllers
  • Damage caused by external factors such as water exposure, voltage fluctuation, power surges, or fire
  • Normal wear and tear, fabric discoloration, or cosmetic changes
  • Subjective concerns such as:“Not hot enough”“Heating feels mild”“Takes time to heat”
  • Issues arising from use not aligned with the product’s intended purpose
  • Products repaired, altered, or opened by unauthorized personnel
  • Products without a valid invoice or proof of purchase

🔁 Warranty Resolution Type

Warranty claims are resolved through:

  • Repair, or
  • Replacement (if repair is not feasible)

👉 Refunds are not issued under warranty claims.

📝 How to Raise a Warranty Request

If you believe your product may qualify for warranty support:

  3. Our quality control team will review the submission for verification

🚚 What Happens After Approval

If your warranty claim is approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address
  • The product typically reaches our facility within 3–4 working days
  • After inspection, the product is repaired and dispatched within 1 working day
  • Delivery back to you usually takes another 3–4 working days

⏳ The entire warranty process generally takes 9–10 working days, including logistics and servicing.

⚠️ Important Notes & Clarifications

  • Warranty service is initiated only after verification and approval
  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
  • The warranty period is not extended after repair or replacement
  • Replacement units (if provided) carry the balance warranty period of the original product
  • Heatronics reserves the right to accept or reject a claim based on inspection findings
