- Upload clear photos or videos showcasing the issue with the product.
- Visual evidence helps us verify the problem faster.
🔍 Step 4: Support Team Review and Resolution
Once you submit the form:
- Our Quality Assurance (QA) team will carefully review your details and uploaded documents.
- If your claim is verified:
- The repaired/replaced product will then be delivered back to you.
- Please allow us up to 2 working weeks to resolve the issue end-to-end.

- Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
