  • Attach a clear and valid bill/invoice as proof of purchase.
  • A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for processing your claim.

  • Upload clear photos or videos showcasing the issue with the product.
  • Visual evidence helps us verify the problem faster.

🔍 Step 4: Support Team Review and Resolution

Once you submit the form:

  1. Our Quality Assurance (QA) team will carefully review your details and uploaded documents.
  2. If your claim is verified:
    • The repaired/replaced product will then be delivered back to you.
  3. Please allow us up to 2 working weeks to resolve the issue end-to-end.
